March 12: Steelheads Sweep Player of Week League Honors

SNOHOMISH, WA -The Snohomish County FC Steelheads swept the Northwest Premier League Indoor Player of the Week (POTW) honors for their performances in a 4-1 win away at Whatcom Waves on March 12. Mariah Roggow was named Defensive POTW and Chalise Baysa was named Offensive POTW. Back on February 19 Steelheads goalkeeper Kaitlin MacKenzie also earned POTW honors.

SNOHOMISH, WA—Players from the Snohomish County FC Steelheads entered the 2022 Landscaper Cup on Saturday March 5 at the Snohomish Sports Dome with a single goal in mind: win the $1,000 first prize and donate it to Snohomish County FC. SnoCo Beach Steelheads to hit the sand this June in Seaside

SNOHOMISH, WA—One of the cool things about being involved in the Snohomish County FC soccer community is getting chances to put a spin on the sport we love. For a group of Steelheads this will mean heading to Seaside Oregon in June for the annual Soccer In The Sand Tournament. There the co-ed team will compete for the first time under the SnoCo FC banner and crest as SnoCo Beach. “Some of us have made this trip before,” says organizer Andrew Escalante. “But never using the Steelheads name and crest, so it should be even more fun this time around.”

Steelheads Drop NWPLi Opener In Bremerton

BREMERTON, WA—The Snohomish County FC Steelheads Women lost their Northwest Premier League Indoor debut match 6-4 to the Oly-Pen Force on Saturday February 12 at Oly-Pen Sports. The Force took an early lead in the first quarter but the Steelheads answered back right away with back-to-back goals from Erika Tingley and Memory Phiri. Tingley’s goal was the first-ever score for the FISH in women’s indoor league play. It looked good for the Fish when Nicole Nsa scored to push the SnoCo FC lead to 3-1.
