2022 has been a big growth year for Snohomish County Football Club, with the addition of several partners. In the latest, Second Wind Beverages a local sports beverage company has decided to help provide support for the Fish for the 2022 season. Owned and operated by Garrett Patterson, a big supporter of local soccer. We asked him a few questions about the partnership and what it means for the community.
Why did you choose to partner with the Steelheads?
“We chose to partner with this the Steelheads because we see the progress within the football club, climbing to heights where they can challenge and play at levels within higher divisions. We personally want to be a part of that type of cultural mindset.”
What are you most excited about this season?
“We are excited about the possible chance of helping lift some silverware from this season. The players and staff have the capabilities to make such things happen, to watch all unfold will be spectacular!”
What do you look forward to working with the Steelheads in the future?
“The partnership with Second Wind Beverages LLC and the Steelhead FC as the leading sponsor and official sports drink of said club will both of us grow. Seeing both the Second Wind and Steelheads expanding portfolios grow to new heights as we progress is what matters most. We will be able to invest in more community outreach programs to support less fortunate players and families while building a strong sense of community in Snohomish County.”
Second Wind will become the Steelheads Men’s CPL team’s featured jersey sponsor for the remainder of the 2022 outdoor season. Catch the jersey updates and Second Wind beverages for sale at the next home match for the fish on July 9th at 7:00 PM at Dick Cardinal Stadium. A critical rematch for the Steelheads vs Seattle Umoja where the previous match saw a 3-3 draw.
