Steelheads Men strive for WISL playoff spot; Last indoor home match Saturday night

SNOHOMISH, WA–-The Snohomish County FC Steelheads Men of the Western Indoor Soccer League have three matches left to play in their regular season. Two of those matches come this week as the Fish travel to face Bellingham United on Friday night January 21 and then come home to host the Portland Blacktails on Saturday night January 22 at 7 PM in the Snohomish Sports Dome.

In their very first season indoors the Steelheads have a 2-5-0 (W-L-D) record with 6 standings points. It’s enough for a precarious hold on fourth place in the division, and a playoff spot, for now. But this week’s matches loom large in that regard, especially the home game against the Blacktails.
