“Dorian has shown over the past few months that he adds so much to our organization, and that he is ready to assume more responsibility,” says Falk. “He has already brought in new sponsors, created new registration platforms for players, established weekly internal communications, and more.” Lair offers his talents for athletics and business / website analytics consulting.

Lair joined SnoCo FC back in 2019 and was an instrumental part of the Steelheads winning the Western Washington Premier League championship that year. He played for and helped build Spartans Futbol Club in Portland, later making appearances in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) after the club rebranded to FC Mulhouse Portland.
Falk assumes role of Club President
David Falk has acted as the SnoCo FC GM since 2018, when he also filed the paperwork with the state to certify the club as a non-profit business entity. He oversaw the Steelheads entering into the Western Washington Premier League and has been a driving force in adding indoor men and two new women’s teams. He now will look for new tasks as the Club President. “It’s a great time to be handing GM duties over to Dorian,” says Falk. “It’s been challenging and fun to be part of the birth of the Steelheads (men) and Silvers (women.) Our club is growing and we are excited about our future.”
Kesim Welcomes Move
Technical Director of Soccer and Steelheads WWPL Head Coach Dagi Kesim is also pleased with the move to promote Lair to General Manager. “Dorian has been very good about keeping his managing and player duties separate,” says Kesim. “He’s a valuable player for us as our starting goalkeeper. When he puts on his club manager hat he is valuable to us as a listener, creative problem solver and person who steps up to get things done.”
Kessler Excited With Changes
Jim Kessler, Head Coach of the Indoor Steelheads of the WISL, likes the promotion of Lair. “We are super excited about the changes within the club to expand our brand and reach over the soccer world. Dorian’s acceptance of the GM position will allow him to have a hand in both club and player development as we take on the indoor and outdoor worlds. His combination of business savvy and soccer experiences will help shape the club for years to come!”
