Let’s take a closer look at a few of the new faces trying to make it on the SnoCo FC roster. Keep in mind that a few other previous players couldn’t make it to open tryouts but are in the mix and several college players will join the club when school is out.
Karim Hanafy played for the Shoreline CC Dolphins a few years back. More recently he has featured on trophy-winning sides in Everett’s Olympic Soccer League.
Defender Karim Hanafy (Shorecrest High School, Shoreline CC) has built himself into quite the physical presence on the pitch. His upper body strength might be the first thing people notice, but when you see him play you’ll also see good speed and solid positioning and marking.
Agustin Domingo(Mariner High School, Greater Seattle Surf, Washington Youth Soccer EPD Player Pool) is a player with nice attacking skills that usually find him playing up front whether it be at forward or attacking mid. He’s got a lengthy soccer career already, including playing adult soccer in the Olympic Soccer League. He was named All-Wesco for his high school Marauders.
