FINtastic: West Coast Goalkeeping gloves help Steelheads stoppers make the big saves

SMOKEY POINT, WA— The Snohomish County FC Steelheads held open tryouts back in March at Lakewood High School’s Dick Cardinal Stadium and returning goalkeepers Dorian Lair and Luke Brezak had fresh new West Coast Goalkeeping gloves waiting for them in their battle for a starting spot.

The Steelheads announced West Coast Goalkeeping as the club’s Official Goalkeeping Outfitter late last year. West Coast delivered in time for tryouts with Kona Riptides and Laguna Strikes. Lair and Brezak put on the gloves right away and the Steelheads also hung a WCGK banner on both days.

The Steelheads are deep at the goalkeeper spot with Alexis Reggis Viteri Bohorquez also in the mix and providing valuable minutes and leadership. Alexis helps train the GK squad that also includes Steven Moseley.
