SMOKEY POINT, WA— The Snohomish County FC Steelheads have custom uniforms for the first time in their 3-year history. The new kits arrived recently and the club will wear them going forward.
A New Era
It’s the beginning of a new era for the elite adult men’s premier side. Ahead of SnoCo FC’s debut in the Western Washington Premier League (WWPL) the team gets new looks to wear on the pitch. The “Primary” (All Orange) and “Hex” (Hexagonal Grey with Black Shorts and Socks) lead the way as the main strips. But there are a bunch of other combinations that can be used as well, all of them exclusive to the Steelheads.

Vote for what the Fish wear
In the coming weeks there will be online polls where the team and the public can vote for the kit combination the Steelheads will wear at their next match. For now the plan is for the Primary (All Orange) to make its debut on Saturday April 13 at Dick Cardinal Stadium at Lakewood High School in Smokey Point when the Fish host TriCities Alliance FC at 3 PM.
Icarus FC
The new kits were designed and delivered by Icarus FC. The club partners managed to get the sets to the Steelheads a week ahead of schedule and prepackaged beautifully for the club to make a quick turnaround with orders going out to fans around the county.

Around the Country
The Steelheads sent jersey orders out locally to Lake Stevens, Marysville, Monroe, Mukilteo, Camano Island, Seattle, Kent and Portland. Around the country the club processed orders from the states of New Jersey, Ohio, California and Wisconsin.
The club is sold out of the kits for fan orders right now, but will measure interest in taking more orders in the future.
The Journey Continues
Founded in early 2017, the SnoCo FC journey continues with this benchmark moment. The Fish wore all black in 2017 and orange with black shorts in 2018. We now have an answer to what a “Snohomish County Steelhead” really looks like. THIS.
Thank You
The club would like to thank the numerous people involved in the evolution of the final design of our first custom kits, including our crest creator Mark Lavis, who faithfully submitted multiple options over the previous months. Thanks also to Robert Smukler at Icarus FC for his patience and direction during the process.
