SMOKEY POINT, WA— Snohomish County FC Silvers will take the pitch as a new women’s elite adult soccer team in 2021. The time leading up to the Silvers’ debut will be spent organizing the off-pitch efforts to build the team. One of those efforts is already underway: deciding what the Silvers’ first-ever uniforms will look like!
SKADI Soccer enters the pitch
The Silvers recently got a concept choice from SKADI Soccer. They worked with the team—and a few ideas, tweaks and adjustments later—they delivered a design that seems to go well with any of the team color shorts and socks combinations.
“We really appreciate how fast SKADI were in getting back to us and in the dialog around making the design,” says SnoCo FC General Manager David Falk. “In my imagination the first-ever Silvers kit would need to be, well, Silver! But how to pull that off and still honor the team colors and our unique fish emblem and hex pattern? SKADI kept working with us and now we have can’t-lose options for 2021.”

The SKADI Soccer concept is just the latest in choices for the Silvers. Earlier Icarus FC, designer of the Steelheads kits, sent their own set of design ideas. The club will pick a final choice and move forward with an order in the coming months.
For Players, Supporters, Businesses
The final version of the 2021 Silvers kit will be made available for players and supporters to purchase their own shirt for personal wear. Stay tuned for an official announcement. The club is also looking for a business to become the first-ever Silvers shirt sponsor. This will help defray the cost of purchasing the custom kits.
