SMOKEY POINT, WA— The Arlington Fish Hatchery is operated by the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife. It is located at 17619 316th St NE, Arlington, WA 98223. It’s just one of several in the county and there are many more around the state and the Northwest. Some are state-run, some run by native tribes, others are commercial. SMOKEY POINT, WA— The Arlington Arts Council recently got to work creating and then installing a school of “Steelies.” The metal art fish are now swimming along 67th Avenue in Arlington.
