SMOKEY POINT, WA—McLloyd Sport and Lair Athletic Co. are teaming up to give the Snohomish County FC Steelheads some new, revealing numbers to look at. The Fish wore equipment for the first time in a recent match that uses GPS to monitor movement, speed and more. “My company Lair Athletic Co. is the purchaser of the gear,” says SnoCo FC General Manager Dorian Lair. “Now we are excited to be using it with the Steelheads.” The system monitors speed and accelerations using a vest that fits over the chest. Snohomish County Silvers will host Premier Women’s Soccer Open Tryouts June 10

SNOHOMISH, WA—The Snohomish County FC Silvers will host their first-ever premier women’s soccer open tryouts on Thursday June 10 at the Snohomish Sports Dome (511 Maple Ave. Snohomish WA, 98290) from 6-8 PM. Players can register for tryouts now at this link. DETAILS: The Snohomish County Silvers are a new premier adult women’s soccer team forming to provide competitive matches for players in our region. The Silvers are currently playing matches against other independent teams with college-level talent. The team will join a league for the 2022 season. The tryouts are being held indoors but they are for outdoor soccer.

The Defending Western Washington Premier League (WWPL) Champion Snohomish County FC Steelheads are now taking registrations for training and guest tryouts for returning players and new talent. There will be no “Open Tryouts” dates, rather the Champs will invite the 2019 team back into training and also schedule guest players to appear at scheduled training sessions under Head Coach Dagi Kesim. SMOKEY POINT, WA— The Snohomish County FC Steelheads held their annual open tryouts on Sunday March 10 at Dick Cardinal Stadium in Smokey Point. The beautiful sunny day saw 64 players turn out to try to make the new WWPL team. It’s the largest such group in SnoCo FC’s 3-year history.
