Coach Kessler drops in at Snohomish Sports Dome, talks team play (video)

SNOHOMISH, WA—Snohomish County FC Men’s Indoor Soccer Head Coach Jim Kessler dropped in on a recent open session at the Snohomish Sports Dome. Kessler was named the first-ever Steelheads Western Indoor Soccer League (WISL) gaffer recently after the Fish were awarded a team in the elite semi-pro indoor league.

Kessler had a chance to speak at the session and stressed the philosophy of teamwork, family and having each other’s backs. He also talked about formations and how indoor is different from outdoor soccer. See a clip below.

“We are going to be disciplined,” Kessler says in the video. “We are going to know our role, we are going to be good at it. You are going to know your role and the guy next to you. You’re going to help each other. That’s what we are going to do as a team.”
